What can you expect from our office?

From your first consultation through surgery and postoperative care, every effort is made to ensure the best possible outcome. Quality care and confidence in making the right surgical decision is our top priority. Surgery requiring anesthesia is done in the saftey of a hospital setting with an anesthesiologist in attendance. Financing is available. Favorable fees have been negotiated with local hospitals. Dr. Gutter and his staff answer your questions and address your concerns with your individual needs in mind.

What can you expect during your first visit?

You will be asked to fill out a patient information sheet. Depending on the nature of your concerns, you may desire surgical treatments. If so, Dr. Gutter will discuss appropriate surgical or nonsurgical options for your care. We take pride in providing our patients with detailed information about options of treatment for your individual needs.

Payment Procedures

Insurance carriers generally do not cover cosmetic surgery. A summary of the estimated costs, including professional fee, anesthesia and operating room fees, will be given to you. We ask for payment two weeks prior to scheduled cosmetic surgery. You may provide payment by way of cash, check, VISA, or MasterCard and financing is available. For insurance covered procedures we accept private insurances and participate in various area health insurance organizations (HMO's). When appropriate as a courtesy we will file insurance claims. You are responsible for any co-payment, deductable described in the individual policy, or the remaining balance due.
